  • Maintaining the record
  • Updating the record as their occurs any change in the stock
  • Make a good record of goods received note
  • Make a good record of Movement Orders
  • Brief the auditor in clear words
  • Don't hide things 
  • Return the un used items to the issuing authorities as soon as possible
  • Less their quantity from the stock report.
Acting upon these points one can overcome the audit in a better and safer way.
